You gotta love it when a new hire turns up with a massive smile... and you love it even more when they make it past the first week without leaving and taking their PPE with them...

....But you know you have a keeper when they also:
- have a positive attitude,
- they are willing to learn,
- they display this rare thing called "initiative",
- they admit their mistakes,
- .... but they learn from their mistakes,
- they stay humble but also driven

These are the people that you call "bro" (or sister, or uncle/auntie, etc) .... and the rest of the team enjoy having them around.
